4360 is a high-performance chlorinated rubber topcoat composedof chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, titanium dioxide, coloringpigments, additives and solvents. lt has excellent corrosion andwater resistance.
Recommended applications
It is used to protect and decorate the surface of ship waterline, hulland superstructure, as well as the onshore steel structures such aspower plants, steel plants, wharf steel structures, chemical plantsbridges, containers, hydraulic steel gates, workshops, external wallsof oil storage tanks, dry gas holders, etc.

Construction conditions
The previous coat should be completely dry. Remove all oilstains and sundries on the paint film.
The substrate must have a temperature >3°C above the dewpoint.The environment should be <85%RH.
It is recommended to paint at above -10'c. The painting surfacemust be clean and dry.
It is recommended to maintain strong ventilation duringpainting and drying.
In case of high temperature, diluent will be addedappropriately to avoid dry spraying.
