Product Description
Core binder for composite inks and PP coatings.
• Strong adhesion — bonds directly to low-surface-energy polyolefins (PP/PE), and reliably to aluminum foil and paper;
• Solvent flexibility — toluene-soluble and ester-soluble (non-toluene) grades for gravure, flexo and screen-printing systems;
• Durability — abrasion, heat-seal, oil and chemical resistance keep prints stable in laminated structures.
Applications: BOPP composite gravure/flexo inks for food & candy packaging; coatings for PP films and rigid PP; PP-to-paper / PP-to-foil lamination; heat-seal and anti-slip coatings.
Selection guide: toluene type (Cl 26–32%) for composite inks; ester type (Cl 30–40%) for PU ink systems and eco-formulations. Samples available; 20 kg cartons; custom specs on request.
